Coleshill Food Festival Day

Saturday 11th was the Food Festival Festival at Coleshill National trust Village . I always have a stall sending my textiles , not very foody I must admit although we always have a good day ....here are a few pics,

Lavender bags

We have a country fair on Saturday at Coleshill National Trust village,so I decided to use my scraps of toile to make lavender bags, so late last night we were filling lavender bags , they look really quite good I think ... the house is beautifully perfumed,,,,

Bath fair ..

We had I think a very busy fair on sunday some very good buying going on and as usual considerable buying between stall holders . We plan to do 2 to 3 next year but are finding missing the large number of fairs springing up everywhere difficult to avoid ,, so hopefully we can go through into our 5th year.The tea room was far better than the ballroom so we are going to book that instead now. This of course means we are restricted to numbers as yesterday we could have no more dealers in there as fire exits are difficult with the cafe nearby ... so keep supporting us and we will go through another year . Thanks to all those people who actively spread the word about the fair , word of mouth is the best advertising .

Bath fair tomorrow ........

Jim and i are off agin to Bath to walk the streets and deliver lots of leaflets to the residents of Bath ,,,, so hopefully with this wonderful weather we will have a good turn out , lots of fantastic stock to buy eveyone.
