Newark and Lincoln
Just returned from doing both these fairs .... Newark was bust but not packed with buyers and very smelly , the cow sheds were really not pleasant to be in ,, especially with textiles so airing everything out today . lincoln Fair was so well organised ., everything really well done including food at good prices, but they had changed their dates so it was not packed with buyers . an interesting experience, We went on Wednesday our day off to Linclon Cathedral which was wonderful . so back to it all now , The Bath fair is looming , so please any readers if you want a stand do book now. October 2nd sees our second Stroud fair again please book early .
I bought some lovely bags at Newark and have currently put them on e bay .... also topped up on superb French Toile and arts and Crafts linen . Its always fun searching out those super things ......
